At VomBandaHause we breed selectively — never frequently. Based in Southern California, every pairing is planned around proven structure, sound nerves, and verifiable health clearances. Our dogs are raised inside the home, socialized daily, and placed with carefully chosen families across California and throughout the United States.
The result is a companion of unmistakable Rottweiler character: confident, biddable, deeply loyal, and built to last.
Our PhilosophyChampion European bloodlines raised with care — every dog in our program is health-tested, AKC registered, and an integral part of our family.
Every puppy placed by Vom Banda Hause is a commitment for life. These are the families who trusted us — and the dogs that changed theirs.

Apollo — Lili's Female Puppy
From Monster Von Der Obersten × Lily Vom Banda Hause
Apollo came home as the female puppy from Lili and Monster's litter here at Vom Banda Hause. Her family shared that the entire process of bringing her home was smooth and trustworthy from start to finish. They received consistent photo updates throughout the wait, which gave them real confidence and peace of mind before pickup day. We're thankful for families like theirs who make this part of the job so rewarding.

From Vom Banda Hause Program
If you're looking for a breeder who cares deeply about their dogs and stands behind them every step of the way, there is no need to look any further.
Vom Banda Hause is a top-tier Rottweiler breeder. Their commitment to the breed is evident through health testing, responsible and transparent breeding practices, and carefully matching puppies with the right families.
The puppies are raised in a clean, loving environment and receive excellent early socialization. It is obvious they are not mass producing puppies simply to sell them. They truly take pride in every step of their breeding program — and it shows.
If you've been searching for an ethical, experienced breeder who genuinely cares about both the breed and your family, even long after your puppy goes home, I cannot recommend Vom Banda Hause enough.
Litters are limited and placed by application only. Reach out to begin the conversation about welcoming a VomBandaHause Rottweiler into your home.
